3. Return Process:
To initiate a return or claim:

  • Share clear pictures of the product and packaging as proof.

  • Wait for our confirmation before sending the product back.

4. Shipping for Returns:
The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the returned product unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).

5. Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the returned product:
