Shipping Charges

  1. Free Home Delivery:

    • Orders worth PKR 2,000 or above qualify for free shipping nationwide.

  2. Flat Shipping Fee:

    • Orders below PKR 2,000 incur a flat shipping fee of PKR 200.

Order Confirmation Process

  1. Mandatory Verification:

    • All orders require confirmation via phone call from our team.

    • If the customer does not respond to our call, the order will not be dispatched until confirmation is received.

    • Customers are advised to ensure their provided contact details are accurate and accessible.

Advance Payment Requirements

  1. Advance Payment for High-Value Orders:

    • Orders worth PKR 8,000 or above require an advance payment of PKR 500 before dispatch.

    • The advance will be deducted from the total order amount at the time of payment.

  2. Advance for Village Addresses:

    • For deliveries to village/rural areas, an advance payment of PKR 500 is required regardless of the order value.

    • This ensures secure and efficient logistics arrangements.

How to Pay the Advance

  • The advance can be paid via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or direct bank transfer.

  • Provide proof of payment (e.g., transaction ID) to our team for verification.

Order Processing & Delivery Timeline

  1. Processing Time:

    • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after confirmation and advance payment (if applicable).

  2. Delivery Time:

    • Delivery  typically takes 3-7 business days, depending on the location.

    • Rural/village areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.

Important Notes

  • Address Accuracy: Double-check your shipping address before confirming your order. We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect addresses.

  • Advance Refunds: The PKR 500 advance is non-refundable if the order is canceled after dispatch.

  • Order Cancellation: Unconfirmed orders (e.g., no response to our call) will be canceled after 48 hours.
