Refund policy

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return and refund, the following conditions MUST be met:

  1. Unopened Product: The item must be in its original, unopened packaging with all seals intact.

  2. Undamaged Packaging: No tablets or units should be removed from blister packs, and the packaging must show no signs of tampering.

  3. Return Request Timeline: The return must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.


Return Process

  1. Contact Us First:

    • Reach out to our team via [email/phone/contact form] to request a return. Provide your order number and reason for the return.

    • Our team will verify eligibility and guide you through the process.

  2. Return Arrangement:

    • We will provide a return address or arrange a pickup (if applicable).

    • Important: A non-refundable handling/restocking fee of PKR 500 will be deducted from your refund amount.

  3. Shipping Responsibility:

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).


Refund Process

  1. Refund Amount:

    • After inspection and approval of the returned product, the refund will be processed for the total order amount minus PKR 500.

  2. Refund Method:

    • Refunds will be issued via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or direct bank transfer to the account provided by the customer.

    • Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to reflect in your account after approval.

  3. Non-Refundable Costs:

    • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items CANNOT be returned:

  • Products with broken seals, opened packaging, or tampered blister packs.

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse or mishandling.

  • Perishable or personalized products.


Exceptions

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately. We will resolve the issue without deducting the PKR 500 fee, provided the claim is verified.
